For international NGOs, succeeding at institutional fundraising is crucial. From understanding the fundraising environment and developing their internal systems, to understanding what makes institutional donors tick - all are necessary in order to raise the funds needed to deliver outcomes for marginalized people. Too often, smaller international NGOs lack capacity to successfully raise funds, or grow their existing fundraising base. This series of training workshops has been specifically designed to help smaller international NGOs based in Aotearoa New Zealand to build their capacity and succeed in their institutional fundraising efforts.
This series of training workshops will focus on the practical things international NGOs can do to increase their institutional fundraising capacity, and will feature insights from The Mangrove Collective consultants.
